AGS, RLE, and ALH do not offer refunds on goods and services sold. In the highly unlikely event that there is a defect in any of our products or services, and if you have any genuine grievance that can be redressed by us, we will do our utmost to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. The following are the reasons that we do not offer refunds:

- AGS sells digital products, as of the writing of this refund policy, only. These products are already quality tested and the software and files function as intended. If there's any error or you face a difficulty in accessing said products, please send an e-mail to

If you face any difficulties with any purchases made on their platforms, kindly contact them for support.
- RLE accepts your tips, donations, and sponsorships in return for viewing our live stream show, Andar Plays. Since you have already viewed our live stream and perhaps, perused content on https://andarplays.com before deciding to send us money, we believe you have enjoyed our content and services and thus, wish to show your appreciation. These tips, donations, and sponsorships are non-refundable.
- Razorpay is our payment service provider and facilitates the acceptance of donations for RLE via https://cake.andarplays.com. For international payments, as of the writing of this refund policy, there is a second payment service provider, PayPal which accepts international credit cards. Both Razorpay and PayPal have their own terms and conditions, policies, and customer support services. Please contact them if you face any difficulties in making tips, donations, and sponsorships.
